In the event that a device fails during the warranty period, you are required to return the equipment to us at your own cost.  The device will be assessed for manufacturers defects or damage. If the unit is damaged, we will offer you a replacement (new or refurbished) at the current market rate.  If the unit is defective, it will be sent to the manufacturer for assessment.  If the manufacturer accepts the return, a replacement unit will be sent to you at no cost.
