Fibre Broadband and EFM / EOC Plans

All EFM/EOC plans have no monthly quota and are unlimited. There is no charge for excess usage.

Voice over IP (VoIP) and Fixed Line PSTN Plans

We provide a customer portal located at http://portal.binarynetworks.com.au to access call detail record (CDR) information.

This information is typically made available within 48 hours of the call being placed.

Where unusual activity occurs (such as large volume of international calls or to restricted destinations) we may suspend your account temporarily and contact you to confirm the usage has been generated by you. We endeavor to contact you within 72 hours of the issue occurring.
